<li><em>managing user permissions</em></li>
<li><em>limiting the number of speakers and/or webcams</em></li>
<li><em>using the whiteboard</em></li>
<li><em>differences between application and desktop sharing</em></li>
<li><em>using polling tools</em></li>
</ul>
<div>The session will be held using Collaborate, <a href="https://sas.elluminate.com/m.jnlp?password=M.44F6832C7D4EBAE996111E844BEE1C&amp;sid=2010253" target="_blank">accessible through this link.</a>  We <strong>highly</strong> recommend that users have access to a headset (headphones at an absolute minimum), and will also provide an opportunity to utilize webcams, if available.</div>
<div>Users are encouraged to schedule appointments with Chris or Leah for assistance in utilizing Plan!, which allows instructors to pre-configure and pre-script actions within Collaborate.</div>
