ANNOUNCING: GoToMeeting now on campus- for staff, instructors and students!
We are so excited to let you know that Canisius College has just signed up for a site-wide license to GoToMeeting. After polling our Collaborate users, we feel GoToMeeting is a better fit for our instructor’s needs and office needs across the campus not to mention a TON easier to user for you and your participants!
So, how will this rollout work?

GoToMeeting will be our official Web conferencing platform starting June 29.
How do I find out more about the G ToMeeting product(s)?
Yep, productS. You see, when we signed up with GoToMeeting, we also signed up for GoToTraining and GoToWebinar to see which we liked more. GoToMeeting allows you to meet instantly or schedule sessions with small groups or individuals. GoToWebinar allows you to present to large groups online with the options of running Q+A, polls, and surveys. GoToTraining allows you to train small groups and posts materials and tests online. You’ll be able to choose which type of room you’d like to try or consult with us to choose the right one to fit your needs. You can find out more on our new site: www.canisius.edu/gotomeeting
Alright, now how do I sign up?

You can sign up for a GoTo room at any point in the school year, however, if you’d like to keep your room, you will need to re-register by the start of the Fall (by August 30) and Spring (by January 30) terms.
How long do I get to keep the room for?
Your room will be good for one semester, unless you let us know. Again, all non-registered rooms will be wiped out at the start of each term. (If you’d like to keep your room, you will need to re-register by the start of the Fall (by August 30) and Spring (by January 30) terms.)
